i m sad that you sign up to this site with this situation
i explain you why this is happening:
the site reborn from about a month, before it was full of spambot and spamex. the admins don t have too much time to spend for this site and they do the possible. the various process is very slow and not ever they arrives at the finish or at the solution.
a very large majority of the user steal chops, make a wrong challange ecc and the staff is making the possible. however check about 10000 user in 1 admin and 1 or 2 mod is very difficult and in the backstage they are working (slowly) to make to asseign someone a task. this is the situation
