Don't worry Jay! It seems 2 be difficult, but after a few months, if you work everyday, more or less, you will be already good! Use the tutorials and u've done already the 50% of ur work! ;)

Hello Jay, then, we use Adobe photoshop, who above all we use the CS3, who the CS2, but we are always with the same software! There are of the tutorial in situated, the raggiungibili ones from the menù to curtain up under the logo in the category Virtual Tuning -- Tutorials! Then it must train themselves, and not lose heart themselves if to the beginning the chops they are not much beautiful, but important that they are beautiful for same we! ;)

PS: It avoids the cross-posting, if you have some question on the VT you ask here, leaves cleaned up the other argument ;)

Hi dude and welcome here :D
As my friends said, you'll need some practice with the program but it isn't difficult.
I wanna advise you to start with simple things (changing wheels, colors, something like this). When you are sure of these stuff, you can start with something hard.
If you have any problem, ask to us and we'll be glad to help you ;)

You can go to a site ( http://www.postimage.org for example), where you can upload the imagefile and then you open a new topic here in this section..
Remember to always post both the original and the modified image, so we can see the various changes that you made on the image..
Hope it helped..
